What is unemployment?

A project of http://youthcm.com

Youth Career Management (YCM) reports that: unemployment is the difference between demand and supply of labor. It is a socio-economic evident fact. As seeking suitable employment despite, the prevailing wage can not find jobs, they are people aged 16 to 65 years without employment who are registered with the employment and seeking work for 12 hours or more. Due to be unemployed, you just lose your confidence and respect you get affected. Your first example had a very good job and now suddenly you've got nothing. You have no respect more people no longer look up to you and therefore you, you lose confidence. On the labor market are also long-term unemployed, these are mainly:
Immigrants: they often have a clear socio-economically disadvantaged area. And they have a relatively poor housing situation.
Young people: some of them have left school without qualifications. Without qualification, it is difficult to get a job.
Disabled: employers often fail to disabled an important reason is that their workspace is not adjusted.
Elderly: for employers, it is often more attractive to young people to believe instead of elderly because young people are cheaper. And the sight of young people is often better (e.g. think but to discos) where you do not see often elderly.
